1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on, accessing, or using SpeakGravity (accessible via https://speakgravity.com), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the service.

2. Description of Service

SpeakGravity is an AI-powered communications coach providing real-time speech practice, Whisper AI audio transcription, Gemini AI evaluations, filler word detection, and historical performance tracking.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate registration details (name and email) and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Membership & Billing (SpeakGravity Pro)

SpeakGravity Pro is available at ₹99 / month (inclusive of applicable taxes). Charges are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time without long-term commitments.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, abuse, or use SpeakGravity for unlawful purposes. Recording sessions must comply with applicable privacy laws and you must possess all rights to audio/video captured during sessions.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Patna, Bihar, India.

🔒 Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

• Personal Details: Name and email address collected during registration via Google Sign-In or email credentials.
• Speech & Video Recordings: Audio and optional video streams recorded during practice sessions, strictly for calculating pace, clarity, and filler words.
• Performance Metrics: Scores, streaks, filler word counts, and session transcripts stored to display your historical progress.

2. How Your Information Is Used

Your data is used solely to generate real-time AI speech feedback, compute analytical scores, and provide your coaching dashboard. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or recordings to any third-party marketers.

3. Data Security & Storage

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS / 256-bit TLS) for data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest. Infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud Firebase and Cloudinary.

4. Payment Information

All financial transactions and payments are securely handled by Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1 Compliant). SpeakGravity never stores your credit/debit card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs.

5. Data Control & Deletion

You have full ownership of your data. You may delete individual practice sessions or request full account deletion at any time by emailing support@speakgravity.com.

🔄 Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your SpeakGravity Pro subscription (₹99/month) at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have full Pro access until the end of your paid monthly billing cycle. No further charges will be billed.

2. Cancellation Methods

• In-App: Contact support or manage subscriptions directly from your Profile settings.
• UPI Mandate / AutoPay: You can pause or cancel your recurring AutoPay mandate anytime directly inside your UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM).

3. Refund Eligibility

We take pride in providing a superior AI speech practice platform. You are eligible for a 100% full refund under the following circumstances:

• Technical errors resulting in double charging.
• System downtime or technical bugs preventing you from accessing your paid Pro features.
• Accidental subscription renewal where refund is requested within 7 days of the billing date without extensive service usage.

4. Refund Timeline & Processing

To request a refund, simply email support@speakgravity.com with your transaction reference or registered email address. Approved refunds are processed immediately and credited back to your original payment source (UPI / Bank Account / Card) within 5 to 7 business days as per banking network standards.

5. Digital Delivery Policy

SpeakGravity is a 100% digital SaaS product. Upon successful payment confirmation via Razorpay, your Pro membership features and limits are provisioned automatically and instantly.
